Usage of Flying Splice Tape

  • Cut the joints of new and old rolls into beveled angles, and use a squeegee to smooth the end faces to ensure no burrs.
  • Apply flying splice tape to the joint, then press firmly with a squeegee or roller to remove air bubbles.
  • Remove the release liner, align and bond the new and old rolls, then re-press the joint with the squeegee.
  • Complete non-stop flying splicing while the machine is running at high speed.
